Llega a Chile Soyamigo: la empresa mexicana que revolucionó los sabores del mercado saludable
Julio 2016.- ¿Un ceviche con carne de soya? Aunque hace mucho tiempo la carne de soya se encuentra en las góndolas de supermercados o emporios saludables, lo cierto es que no parece ser una alternativa saludable muy llamativa en cuanto a sabor. Eso, hasta ahora, que llegó a Chile la empresa mexicana Soyamigo, que se ha caracterizado por saborizar de manera entretenida sus carnes de soya.
Es así como ahora en los supermercados se podrá encontrar carne de soya con sabor a pescado, chorizo, bistec, pollo, base para preparar hamburguesas y hasta una mezcla especial para preparar el plato azteca típico: tacos al pastor.
De esta forma, la marca busca conquistar el mercado chileno, donde las opciones de oferta de carne vegetal son limitadas y no muy atractivas para el consumidor final. Para esto, además, la marca -en su página web- ofrece recetarios, buscando que el resultado de las preparaciones sea aún mejor.
Asimismo, la firma azteca llega con leches vegetales de quinoa, almendra y soya, enriquecidas con proteína y calcio, satisfaciendo las necesidades nutricionales de quienes consumen habitualmente este tipo de productos, convirtiéndose en una buena fuente de nutrientes incluso para los más pequeños.
Los ejecutivos de la marca tienen una visión optimista del mercado chileno y construirán aquí la primera planta de soluciones alimenticias en base a soya de Sudamérica. Con esto, proyectan completar su plan de abastecer tanto a nuestro país como a la región, en 2018, llegando a países como Colombia y Perú. Esto, con una inversión superior a los US$5 millones, en una primera etapa.
En Chile, la comercialización de los productos de Soyamigo estará a cargo de Comercial Chacao.
